Tagged with an "M" at the back neckline, normally I'd say that stood for size Medium, however it definitely measures as a Large Size (l, lg, lrg, lge) and the M must stand for the seamstress or tailor who made this shirt, so here are some Measurements for your Perfect Fit:
Shirt: Shoulder seam to Shoulder seam stright across the top front is just over 22 inches, Underarm to Underarm/Chest 50 inches around, Waist 52 inches around and Overall Length is 32 inches from the top center back neckline to the hemline!
