This Very Rare Vintage Duster Jacket Style Cover Up was Made in FRANCE Exclusively for BULLOCK'S WILSHIRE in Pastel Light Teal Blue is Composed of "Fond Nylon"... The French word "Fond" translates to "Background", so I'm sure that describes the SHEER FLORAL LACE (in other words, the lace is nylon, which would be typical of the era), then that is covered with Soutache Outlining the Floral Pattern ENTIRELY from top to bottom, side to side, including the sleeves!

Tagged a Size 12 and will accommodate a Size SMALL to MEDIUM, *easily* up to 38 bust inches (s, sm, sml, med, md, m), but here are some Measurements for your Perfect Fit:
The Coverup: Top Shoulder seam to Shoulder seam across the front 16 inches (this is not measured up and over the shoulders, just straight across), Underarm to Underarm 40 inches around, Bust when held closed 38+ inches around, Waist 38 inches around, Hips are 42 inches around and Overall Length is just over 37 inches from the top center back neckline to the hemline!

In VERY GOOD condition with the only things I want to mention being; on the edges, you may wish to trim off very short and tiny threads from the lace and there are two *very* tiny marks that appear rust-like in color, one is very faint, *very* difficult to find and about halfway down the front left panel, close to the edge, the other is at the left front underarm, I was unable to capture a picture of them, as they are just too small, nor have I tried to remove them at all for fear of damaging the gorgeous fabric... she could use a good soaking in woolite and oxyclean as well to removed some storage dust, the outside of right sleeve is ever~so~slightly dingy from hanging dust... the rest appears just fine! AMAZING CONDITION for her age overall!!!
